Virginia Tech Students Build NMOS Tranisistors on Modu-Lab

The temporary semiconductor lab at Virginia Tech became operational in February, 2000. During the spring semister, students worked with the equipment and wrote lab operation manuals. A different group of students worked in the lab over the summer. By the end of the semester, they had designed, built and tested their own NMOS Transistors. EMS salutes Va. Tech for their dedication to quality education.

The Modu-Lab Trainer page is new and expanded. This is the most cost effective micro-fabrication tool set available.

Modu-Lab.org website launched. This is the user group site for students and instructors.
